Stephen Boettinger

Stephen Boettinger is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the General Counsel for the Transportation Products Group at Marmon Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., since 2024. Prior to this, Stephen was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at REV Group, Inc. from 2018 to 2023. Stephen's extensive experience at Harley-Davidson Motor Company spanned from 2003 to 2018, where key roles included Interim General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel, leading global legal teams and operations. Stephen's legal career began at Foley and Lardner from 1999 to 2003, after a foundational background in engineering and leadership roles at Bethlehem Steel and military service in the Illinois Army National Guard and US Army Reserves. Stephen holds a JD from Notre Dame Law School, an MBA from Indiana University Northwest, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
