Emma Carew Grovum is the Director of Careers & Culture at The Marshall Project and the Founder of Kimbap Media, a consultancy based in Brooklyn. Emma is also a Partner at Media Bridge Partners, aiming to create positive and inclusive media organizations. With a background in product management, digital content development, and community engagement, Emma has worked for organizations such as The Daily Beast, The New York Times, and Foreign Policy. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, art history, and Korean studies from the University of Minnesota and is currently pursuing further education at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.
