Teri Foster

Teri Foster has over 22 years of experience in human resources. Teri started their career at Landshire, Inc as an HR Generalist from October 1999 to July 2008. Teri then joined The Maschhoffs as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from July 2008 to November 2013, where they handled employee relations, HR policies, and provided support to a diverse customer base. Teri then moved to Maschhoff Family Foods as a Senior HR Business Partner - Compliance from November 2013 to February 2017. Teri rejoined The Maschhoffs in March 2017 as an Associate Director of Human Resources, holding this position until November 2020. Teri then became the Director of People Development & Compliance at The Maschhoffs from November 2020 to December 2021. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of People & Culture at The Maschhoffs, where they focus on positioning the company as the employer of choice through leadership of people practices and programs aligned with strategy and culture.

Teri Foster attended McKendree University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration. Teri'sfield of study included Marketing, Management, and Human Resources. Prior to that, they attended Belleville West High School, although specific dates and degrees are not available for this period.
