Ashley Muchnick

Ashley Muchnick has a diverse work experience within the healthcare industry. Ashley began their career as a Case Manager at Bert Nash CMHC in 2005 and remained in that role until 2008. Ashley then joined Horizon Health, where they served as a Social Worker from 2008 to 2010 and later became a Program Director from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to West Houston Medical Center and held the position of Program Director until 2015. From 2015 to 2019, Ashley worked at Largo Medical Center, first as VP Behavioral Health Services and later as Vice President Operations. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer of Behavioral Health at The Medical Center of Aurora, starting in 2023.

Ashley Muchnick obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University in 2020. In 2008, they completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from The University of Kansas in 2005.
