Barak Dror

Barak Dror, PhD, MBA is a highly experienced individual currently working as the Head of Product Discovery at The Mediterranean Food Lab (MFL). Prior to this, Barak held roles such as Senior Scientist at MFL, Teaching Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and Technology Evaluation Consultant at a Technology Incubator. Barak also co-founded and directed the FaculTech- Students' Entrepreneurship Club, focusing on Agriculture, food, and environment-related technologies. With a background in various fields such as biotechnology, plant pathology, and ecology, Barak's expertise spans across different areas of research and business development.
