Grace Turke-Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Grace started as a Congressional Intern at the Legislative Office of Congressman Jason Altmire in 2008. Grace then worked as a National Desk Intern at National Public Radio in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they held a Manager position at GBTA Foundation, focusing on education. In 2014, they became an Analytics Apprentice in the Political Department at AFL CIO. Grace joined 270 Strategies in 2015, first as an Associate and then as a Senior Associate, both in the Data & Analytics department. Grace subsequently returned to AFL CIO and worked as an Analyst on the Analytics Team in the Political Department, specializing in field experiments and data analysis. In 2017, they served as the Data and Targeting Director at Climate Action Campaign. Most recently, they have been employed at The Messina Group since 2018, initially as an Analytics Manager, followed by a promotion to Analytics Director, and most recently as VP & Director of Analytics as of January 2022.
Grace Turke-Martinez began their education at Georgetown University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Politics from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they also studied Arabic at the University of Jordan. Grace later pursued a Master's Degree in Social Sciences at the University of Chicago from 2013 to 2014.
