Brandon Hegland

Brandon Hegland has a diverse work experience ranging from the US Army to various leadership and managerial roles in the real estate industry. Brandon was a Staff Sergeant in the US Army from 1992 to 2007. In 2008, they started their own business, Mulitfaceted Solutions LLC, where they worked as a Principal/Lead Developer until 2013. In 2002, they became the Principal of Apartment Guyz LLC, where they managed business development and oversaw the technological advancements of the company. In 2014, they joined The Michaels Organization as the Managing Director in Hawaii until 2019. Brandon also briefly worked as a General Manager at Equity Residential in 2019.
