Chantal Davis

Chantal Davis is an experienced professional in people development with a strong background in learning and development. Currently serving as the Head of People Development at The Midcounties Co-operative since June 2024, Chantal previously held similar roles at Simplify and demonstrated expertise as a Development Solutions Manager and Digital Solutions Partner. Prior experience includes positions at Mitie as a Learning Systems Specialist and Digital Learning Manager, and at Interserve, where responsibilities included the implementation of an online appraisal system and the management of a learning management system for salaried colleagues. Chantal's career commenced at Interservefm Ltd as a Skills Team Co-ordinator.
