Michelle Prester started their career in 2000 as a Store Manager at Highland Ventures, LTD, where they later became a District Operations and Human Resources Manager. In 2016, they joined Randstad Technologies US as a Business Development & Talent Acquisition professional. From 2017 to 2021, Michelle worked at AAIM Employers' Association as a Client Success/Business Development Manager and then as a Regional Vice President. Michelle was a Board Member at Diversity & Innovation Institute from 2020 to 2022. Michelle then joined The Predictive Index as a Partner Success Manager from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they worked as a Global Partner Success Manager at Core Strengths before becoming the Director of Talent Optimization at The Middle Six in 2023. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in talent management, client success, business development, and HR services.
Michelle Prester, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Illinois College. Michelle also participated in an International Exchange Program at Ritsumeikan University, where they focused on Japanese Studies. Michelle has obtained several additional certifications, including being SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2017. Michelle is also Dare to Lead Trained from Dare to Lead™ Trained, The Predictive Index Certified Partner from The Predictive Index, and holds a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index.
