Alex Griffiths has extensive experience in the culinary industry, particularly with Mina Group. They started with Mina Group in 2014 as an Executive Sous Chef at Restaurant RN74. In 2016, they transitioned to a Corporate Chef role. Their most recent position within the company is Vice President of Culinary Operations, which they have held since June 2019.
