Harrison Chernick

Harrison Chernick is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Corporate Chef at Mina Group since January 2016, Harrison has previously held roles including Executive Sous Chef at PABU and Mina Test Kitchen, as well as Sous Chef at RN74, all within the Mina Group. Additional experience includes Lead Line Cook at DAIKAYA LLC and Butcher/Sous Chef at BOURBON STEAK. Harrison Chernick holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America, completed in 2011.
