Kate Mata

Kate Mata is currently the Key Account Manager at The Mom Project, a digital talent marketplace focused on building a better workplace for women and families. Prior to this role, Kate worked as the Director of Workforce Solutions and RebootTalent at Mindlance, a diversity-owned staffing firm. With a background in Business Development and Sales, Kate has a BA in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina and continues to expand their education through Sandler training.
