Brooke Mahoney

Brooke began her multi-family career in Austin shortly after her attendance at the University of Texas at Austin. In 1994, she kicked off her career in student housing, through soon transitioned over to the conventional management side. Brooke’s work experience over 20 years has included different asset classes and development strategies. As of late, Brooke specialized in new construction, underwriting, and lease up operations. Though her vast real estate knowledge includes value add, reposition, disposition and stabilized asset enhancement. Brooke is an operator at heart, with a focus on business analytics. Before joining Morgan, Brooke was a long-term leader within Greystar Real Estate Partners and previously served as President of the Austin Apartment Association. Brooke continues to serve on various committees.
