Carlaily Melo

Carlaily Melo possesses extensive experience in mining operations management, currently holding the position of Gerente de Operação de Mina at both Vale Fertilizantes and The Mosaic Company since June 1998. Responsibilities include overseeing mining infrastructure, drilling services, rock disintegration, production scheduling and control, and the management of mining processes, waste dam operations, as well as budget and personnel management. Carlaily holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Faculdade Pitágoras and a Technical degree in Mining from the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais, along with a Technical degree in Accounting from Escola Estadual de Tapira.
