Movement Marketplace Program Manager at The Movement Cooperative

Heather Shutter began their career in 2013 as a Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Advocate at the Interior Alaska Center for Non-Violent Living. In 2016, they moved to the Washington State Department of Commerce, where they served as a Sexual Assault Program Coordinator. In 2018, they took on a new role as a Sexual Assault Response Coordinator at the United States Department of the Army. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Movement Marketplace Program Manager at The Movement Cooperative.

Heather Shutter has obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seattle University School of Law in 2022 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from the University of North Texas in 2011.
