Morgan Franklin

Morgan Franklin has had a diverse range of work experience. They started their career as an Undergraduate Assistant at Vanderbilt University's Center for Student Wellbeing from 2013 to 2016. They then moved on to GLG, where they held various positions including Associate, Manager, Team Leader, Account Lead, and Senior Manager in the Client Solutions department from 2017 to 2021.

In 2021, Morgan joined The Cru, an early-stage startup, as the Director of Corporate Accounts. In this role, they partnered with B2B clients and managed relationships with their women talent. They also served as the Corporate Account Manager for Strategic Partnerships and successfully closed deals worth over $400,000 while maintaining high-touch relationships with clients and their female employees.

Their most recent work experience is as a Senior Account Manager at The Muse, starting in 2022. The Muse is a platform that helps job seekers find meaningful work by connecting them with companies that align with their goals.

Morgan Franklin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University from the years 2012 to 2016. In 2015, Morgan also participated in a non-degree seeking program called DIS - Study Abroad, where they studied Bicycle Urbanism for a brief period. In September 2021, Morgan earned a certification in Leadership Communication Skills from Smith College.
