William Reinsch

William Reinsch serves as the Scholl Chair and Senior Adviser at the Center for Strategic and International Studies since January 2018. In addition, William holds the position of Senior Advisor at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and has been the President of the National Foreign Trade Council since 2001. William previously held the role of Under Secretary for Export Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce from December 1993 to March 2001. William's educational background includes both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University, where studies took place from 1964 to 1968.
