Paul Gaida

Paul Gaida is an experienced professional in the field of social work, currently serving as the Fostering Services Manager at Foster Care Associates since May 2018. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Team Manager at the National Fostering Agency. Earlier in their career, Paul worked as a Senior Social Worker in both the Leaving Care team at Norfolk County Council and the Adult Care team at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. Paul holds a Diploma in Social Work from Brunel University London and has completed advanced practice education modules at the University of East Anglia.
