Rosie De Llano, MBA has over 30 years of experience in human resources management. Rosie is currently the Director, HR Business Partner for Global Conservation at The Nature Conservancy, where they support C-Suite Executive Leaders, Senior Leaders, and employees across US and international locations. Rosie provides consultation on a wide range of HR topics including employee relations, compensation, talent management, learning & development, DE&I efforts, and workforce planning. Prior to their current role, Rosie served as the Human Resources Director at Sanmina-SCI, where they established and led the HR Department for a start-up organization in San Antonio, TX. Rosie also worked as the Human Resources Manager at Alamo Workforce Development and Harris Corporation, where they provided comprehensive HR support and worked closely with management teams on various HR functions.

Rosie De Llano, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources/Business from Our Lady of the Lake University in 1992. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same university in 1986. Rosie has also acquired a range of certifications from various institutions such as LinkedIn, The Leadership Circle, Aperian Global, Zenger Folkman, and Cornell University, highlighting their expertise in leadership, inclusive teams, relationship-building, and strategic HR management.
