Nadine Sayegh

Freelance Journalist at The New Arab

Nadine Sayegh is a Doctoral Student at Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès since November 2018, with a focus on qualitative research and extensive experience in journalism and research consulting. Sayegh has been a Freelance Journalist for The New Arab and The Arab Weekly since 2020 and 2015, respectively, and has served as a Freelance Foreign Correspondent for TRTWorld since March 2017. As a Freelance Research Assistant since December 2019, Sayegh supports clients with research activities such as creating chapter outlines, building reading lists, and managing citations. Previous roles include Research Consultant for UNICEF, researcher at the WANA Institute, and researcher analyst for OTHER SOLUTIONS Consulting Ltd, focusing on security analysis in the Arab world. Sayegh holds a PhD in Philosophy from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès, a Master’s Degree in Media and the Middle East from SOAS University of London, and a BA in Communication Arts from the Lebanese American University.
