James Latta

James Latta is the current Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer at The New Pennsylvania Project where James partners with the CEO to develop and implement the organization's vision, priorities, and strategies. With previous experience at the Pennsylvania Democratic Party as Director of Operations and the PA Senate Democratic Campaign Committee as Director of Operations, James has a background in managing budgets, financial policies, and operations. James holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
