Franziska Lang

Franziska Lang is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the wellness industry. Franziska currently holds the position of Head of Wellbeing at The Newt in Somerset, beginning in November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at The Well as a Wellness Manager from October 2015 to November 2020, where they were responsible for leading the wellness department, driving retail sales, and maintaining quality and standards. Additionally, they were part of The Well's pre-opening team in 2015, where they designed guest service standards and delivered training on wellness culture. Franziska also has experience as a Spa Manager at Farris Bad from 2013 to 2015, overseeing a large department and creating skincare and body treatments. Franziska has further held positions such as Operations Manager Spa and Therapist at Farris Bad, Spa Supervisor & Departmental Trainer at Rocco Forte Villa Kennedy, and Spa Receptionist at both Rocco Forte Villa Kennedy and Steiner Leisure Limited. Franziska also worked as a Tour Guide at Loro Parque. With their extensive experience in the wellness industry, Franziska brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.

Franziska Lang completed their Master's degree in Rehabilitation Science from the Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln, between the years 1995 and 2000.
