Jakob Langemark has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jakob started their career as a Lecturer in Marketing Management at Niels Brock in 1997. Jakob then worked at Unilever as a Category Manager and later as a Nordic E-Business Manager. In 2000, they co-founded Acinon A/S, where they served as a Partner and played a key role in developing and launching innovative digital business concepts.

In 2001, they became the Chairman and co-owner of New Damage Scandinavia, which eventually merged with Adtomic. At Adtomic, Jakob served as the Owner and COO, overseeing various aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, client service direction, IT, and finance.

In 2006, Jakob founded Hello Group and took on the role of CEO. Jakob focused on profiling, marketing, recruiting, business development, relationship building, and product development. Jakob also served as a Creative Director and later as the International Man of Business, delivering modern marketing solutions across various areas.

In 2017, Jakob became the CEO and General Manager at Hello Great Works. Jakob continued to lead the company and was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Currently, Jakob is working as a Senior Engagement Partner and CGO at NoA - The North Alliance, utilizing their extensive experience in engaging with clients and driving growth.

Jakob Langemark obtained their MBA degree in 1996 from the USC Marshall School of Business, focusing on electives within marketing and advertising. Before that, they pursued a Cand Merc degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Copenhagen Business School from 1991 to 1996.
