Joby James

Joby James is an accomplished internal audit professional with extensive experience in risk-based auditing and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Internal Audit at The Olayan Group since April 2010, Joby oversees audits for over 30 companies in investment, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, energy, and real estate. In addition to leading audits, Joby provides quarterly reports to the Audit Committee of the Board and is an active member of audit committees for several group companies, including Arabian Medical Products Manufacturing Co. and Aluminium Products Company. Previous roles include Internal Audit Lead at Maaden and Head of Internal Audit at Paragon Polymer Products, coupled with a background in risk advisory services at Pai & Associates. Joby holds a Certified Quality Assessor designation from the Institute of Internal Auditors and degrees in Risk Management and Internal Control, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.
