Kenia Madrid

Kenia Madrid is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at The Waterman Fish Bar since January 2022, Kenia previously held the position of Sous Chef at The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery. Prior to these roles, Kenia worked as a Shift Leader at Church and Union Charlotte from January 2019 to January 2022 and at The Suffolk Punch from February 2017 to January 2019.
