Alan Mercer

Alan Mercer is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at The Openwork Partnership. With a background in IT governance and security, Alan has held various leadership positions in companies such as Paragon Customer Communications, RR Donnelley, and iPipeline. Prior to their corporate roles, Alan worked as an IT Training Expert in Ethiopia and held security management positions at Assureweb Ltd and Sesame Group Ltd. Mercer holds a BSc in Microbiology from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Information Security from Luleå University of Technology.
