Jaymes Kralicek

Jaymes Kralicek is an experienced construction management professional with a robust background in project leadership across various roles. At The Opus Group® since July 2016, Jaymes has advanced from Project Manager to Director, overseeing significant projects such as the Swedish Medical Center Neuro Expansion and Renovation. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at JE Dunn Construction and Senior Project Engineer at Hausmann Construction, where Jaymes managed multiple commercial building projects, including a $41 million mixed-use development. Earlier career roles at Kiewit involved subcontractor handling on a $487 million bridge replacement initiative and field engineering for a $13 million bridge project. Jaymes holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
