Jim Dauw is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Dauw served as the Chief Operating Officer at Infinite Electronics, leading global operations across ten facilities from July 2016 to August 2022, and retired from the company in September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Advisor at TriVista, where Dauw played a key role in the formation of Impresa Aerospace and facilitated the transition of 3V Fasteners during a business acquisition by Stanley Black & Decker. Dauw was President of ITT Control Technologies from 2008 to 2011, where responsibilities included the consolidation of three value centers and the management of a diverse product portfolio. Additionally, Dauw held the position of President and CEO of GKN Special Products Group, managing the integration of Lucas Aerospace and Pilkington Aerospace into a new business entity. Dauw’s career began at Alcoa, where multiple roles spanned over 23 years, culminating in the presidency of the Aerospace Fastener Group, with significant contributions to mergers and acquisitions. Dauw holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University and a BA in History from Michigan State University.
