Kristin Besse

Kristin Besse is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Kristin serves as a Member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle and holds the position of Treasurer and Board Member at Harborlight Nursery School, a non-profit preschool in Beverly, MA. As the Marketing Director at The Paper Store since May 2022, Kristin previously owned Room to Bloom, an indoor playground for children, from June 2019 until April 2024. Kristin's past positions include Senior Manager of Customer Insights at EILEEN FISHER, INC. and Account Director at Belardi Wong. With a notable tenure of over 15 years at Bluestem Brands, Kristin advanced through numerous roles culminating as Director of Marketing for several brands. Kristin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bentley University, further enhancing a robust career in retail and marketing.
