David Ong

David Ong is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in hospitality, currently serving as Banquet Chef at The Peninsula Hotels since February 2016. Prior roles within the same establishment include Sous Chef positions in various settings such as Tournant, Shanghai Terrace, and The Lobby, as well as Lead Line Cook 3. David's culinary journey began at Aramark Food Service as Lead Line Cook from March 2011 to March 2013, followed by roles at Maggiano's Little Italy as Line Cook and Park Hyatt as Internship Trainee. David holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from ISCHAM International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management, completed in 2008.
