Nadine Wyncoll

Nadine Wyncoll has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Nadine began their career in 1998 with Christian Salvesen Logistics as an HR Administrator in the Supply Chain. Nadine then joined Tesco in 2000 as Head of Reward & Employee Relations in the UK, and then moved to Tesco Stores CR, a.s. in 2010 as Head of HR Shared Service for Czech Republic & Slovakia. In 2012, they were promoted to HR Director for Czech Republic. In 2014, they moved to Dixons Carphone as Head of HR for UK/I Merger Integration, and then in 2016 they became People Director for UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and Iceland at Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd. In 2021, they joined HelloFresh as Senior People Director (Interim) and The People Experience Hub as a Non Executive Director, providing strategic oversight and support to help the People Experience Hub Team to grow and deliver their financial and product development plans.

Nadine Wyncoll has an extensive education history. Nadine began by earning a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies & Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University from 1996 to 2000. Nadine then went on to complete a Fellow Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD) from CIPD Qualifications in 2000. In 2006, they earned a Master of Laws - LLM in Employment Law from the University of Surrey. In 2019, they completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and the Leading Safely certification from IOSH.
