Ltc Ricardo J. Ortega Ms (R)

Ricardo J. Ortega, LTC (R), MS, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at LinQuest since September 2023 and has been with The Perduco Group since February 2019, holding multiple positions including Corporate Operations Research Analyst and Deputy Project Manager. Prior to this, Ricardo J. Ortega contributed to the US Army from January 2012 to February 2019 as a Senior Operations Research Analyst, focusing on test and evaluation oversight for various military assets. Additional experience includes a role as J5 Operations Research Systems Analysis and Assessment Branch Officer in Charge for the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force in Afghanistan and operational planning responsibilities as the 3-347th Operations Officer from 1997 to 2011. Ricardo J. Ortega holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Trident University International and a Master’s in Science from the Florida Institute of Technology, along with professional certificates in Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Southern California.
