Ashley Burroughs

Ashley Burroughs is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion with a current role as DEI Lead at The Phoenix, starting in February 2023. Previously, Ashley worked at Schrödinger from November 2017 to April 2022, where titles included DEI Manager, Program Manager for Corporate Social Responsibility, and Office Manager. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Performance and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Arts in Voice and Opera from the Royal College of Music.
