Faith Castiglione

Faith Castiglione is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Coordinator with extensive experience in HR roles at The Planet Group and WinterWyman. At The Planet Group since January 2021, Faith contributes to high-value outsourced human capital solutions. Prior to this role, Faith spent nearly a decade at WinterWyman, progressing from Recruiting Assistant to Senior Recruiting Assistant before obtaining the current title in January 2020. Additional internship experiences include positions at the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and AM 1220 WQUN. Faith holds a Master's Degree in Management from Simmons College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Stonehill College, complemented by studies at Scuola Lorenzo de’Medici.
