Zach Drawdy, CEC, currently serves as the Executive Chef at The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach since November 2023. Zach's educational background includes an Associate of Arts in Culinary Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville and an Associate of Arts in Audio Production from Full Sail University.
