Zach Drawdy

Zach Drawdy, CEC, currently serves as the Executive Chef at The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach since November 2023. Prior to this position, Zach held the role of Executive Chef at TPC Colorado at Heron Lakes from November 2021 to September 2023 and served as Executive Sous Chef at the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort from March 2020 to November 2021. Additional experience includes a tenure as Executive Chef at One Ocean Resort & Spa, Executive Sous Chef at Mauna Kea Resort, and Sous Chef at Fairmont Orchid. Earlier career roles included Chef De Garde Manger at Sea Island and Sous Chef positions at Remington Hotels and Seven Bridges Grille & Brewery. Zach's educational background includes an Associate of Arts in Culinary Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville and an Associate of Arts in Audio Production from Full Sail University.
