Kimba Pajares

Kimba Pajares has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at Hilb Rogal & Hobbs until January 2009. Kimba then joined Willis Towers Watson, where they held various positions, including Assistant Placement Broker, Vice President, Client Service Manager, and Business Unit Compliance Officer, and Senior Vice President. In 2016, they briefly worked as the Director of Client Services at Johnson & Bryan before transitioning to Applied Systems as a Consultant in Insurance Operations. Following this, they worked at Integro Insurance Brokers as an Operations & Quality Manager and Epic Business Leader. In 2019, they moved to EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants as an Operations & Quality Manager until November, after which they joined The Plexus Groupe as the Vice President of Operations until June 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President - Operations at The Plexus Groupe.

Kimba Pajares attended St. Croix Central High School from 1989 to 1992, earning a Diploma in Business.
