Dr. Favour Ikhile

Dr. Favour Ikhile is a dedicated professional actively engaged in youth empowerment and leadership development. Currently serving as the Annual Host for the Young Changemakers' Conference and the Global Program Director for the Prestigious Global Mentorship Programme, Dr. Ikhile focuses on fostering change and mentorship among the next generation of West African leaders. With a background in dentistry from the University of Benin, Dr. Ikhile also holds various roles including 2019 Grant Awardee from The Pollination Project, UN Academic Impact Campus Director at Millennium Campus Network, and Nigerian Ambassador for UNITE 2030. Additionally, Dr. Ikhile is involved in several initiatives aimed at innovation, leadership, and community impact, while continuing education in Hospitality Management at the University of Mid-Florida.
