Victoria Nichol

Victoria Nichol is the VP of User Operations at The Predictive Index. Prior to their current position, they were a Senior Manager at Rapid7, where they led Customer Success teams through a transformation into a world-class SaaS and subscription organization. Nichol has extensive experience in managing people and performance, growing teams, forecasting, and talent management. Victoria has also been instrumental in designing compensation and commission plans, sales territories, and customer tier structures.

Victoria Nichol has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology & Sociology, Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Victoria also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and Sociology from The University of Queensland. Victoria is currently a Boston's Future Leaders at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Victoria is also certified from The Predictive Index as a PI Certified Talent Optimization Leader and Talent Optimization Consultant Certificate. Victoria is also certified from ProductLed as a Product Led Growth.
