Matt Roman is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious restaurant settings. Currently serving as Corporate Chef at PS since January 2022, Matt has previously held prominent roles including Chef De Cuisine at Benchmark Restaurant and Chef Instructor at CulinaryLab Cooking School. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Evans Brewing Company and Chef De Cuisine at Haven Kitchen & Bar, along with a Sous Chef position at The Catch Anaheim. Matt started a culinary career as Chef De Partie at The Walt Disney Company, specifically at The Napa Rose, a signature restaurant at the Grand Californian Hotel.
