Dianna O'Doherty has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Dianna started their career as a Vice President at PARIBAS, where they marketed currency and fixed income derivative products to UK and North American clients. Dianna then served as an Executive Assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister of Canada, Minister of National Defence, where they prepared ministerial briefings and managed the Ministerial Office. Dianna then transitioned to the Government of Canada as the Chief of Staff to the Minister of State Finance, advising on financial policy matters and overseeing budget management. Dianna later joined BNP Paribas as a Managing Director.
In 1995, Dianna became the Director and Financial Manager at the Ontario Group Family Office, responsible for financial management and investment oversight. Dianna exhibited strong skills in Quickbooks, accounting practices, financial planning, and bookkeeper management.
Dianna's career also included a role as Director of Strategic Planning at Rassak Experience, a digital brand building company. Dianna handled financial oversight, business development, project management, and client relationships.
Furthermore, Dianna served as the Foundation Board President for Benjamin Franklin International School in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, they were responsible for strategic direction, financial planning, facilities acquisition, board oversight, bookkeeping, and senior management hiring and evaluation. Dianna oversaw a $10M annual budget, grew enrollment, doubled the campus size, and introduced a robust policy framework.
Most recently, Dianna has been serving as the CEO of The Profit Line, a bookkeeping and financial management company catering to small businesses and non-profits across the US. As CEO, they lead a team of accounting professionals in providing modern accounting departments to a wide range of industries.
Dianna O'Doherty has a Diploma in International Business (Diplome Affaires Internationales) from ESCP Business School. Dianna also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Ottawa.
