Erik Heim has a diverse work experience that spans over 17 years. Erik is currently serving as the Director of Analytics at The Pro's Closet, where they joined in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Roadster as a Senior Manager of Product Analytics from August 2020 to March 2021.

Before Roadster, Erik held various positions at Craftsy, starting as a Sr. Product Manager, Growth from April 2015 to June 2016. Erik then became the Director of Product Management from July 2016 to June 2017, during which they spearheaded the analytics strategy for website replatforming and redesign. Erik began their career in 2004 at UPS as a Marketing Data Specialist, where they analyzed factors influencing the business plan and developed decision-making tools. Erik then joined Precision Business Solutions, Inc. as a Business Analyst from December 2005 to June 2006, where they created analytical models to optimize category management efforts for Fortune 500 clients.

Prior to UPS and Precision Business Solutions, Inc., Erik worked at T3 as a Senior Web Analyst from June 2006 to October 2009.

Erik Heim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. This degree was obtained from Trinity University.
