Karen B. Dietrich

Karen Dietrich has extensive experience in international affairs within the accounting sector, currently serving as the Director of International Affairs at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) since May 2011, following roles as Associate Director and Special Counsel. Prior to this, Karen held the position of Associate Director of International Affairs at PCAOB from February 2007 to April 2011. Karen Dietrich earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1990 and 1997, and completed education at Salem Academy from 1987 to 1990.
