John Keegan

John Keegan has over 25 years of experience in technology and digital strategy. John began their career in 1994 as the Japan Marketing Director for Newsbytes News Network, where they designed and implemented websites and marketing strategies. From 1998 to 1999, they were the Director of Web Services at Net Access, where they implemented a content management system, established public relations practices, and conducted seminars. In 1999, they founded Rackshare LLC, a web and blog hosting and domain name registration service. John was the VP of Web Services at Fox News Channel from 2008 to 2011, and then the Director of Digital Strategy at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from 2016 to 2021. In 2011, they joined NBC News Digital as the VP of Technology Strategy, where they led the technology team for a re-launch of MSNBC. John is currently the Chief Technology Officer at The Publisher Desk.

John Keegan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from The University of Georgia. John also holds two certifications, a Certified SAFe 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
