Ethan Jordan

Ethan Jordan serves as Asset Manager for The Rainier Companies and has more than ten years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Jordan joined The Rainier Companies from Sunwest Real Estate Group where he was Vice President of Investment Management and was responsible for asset management, acquisitions and property management functions for the company, which owns or operates more than 2.5 million square feet of office and retail assets. He previously worked at CIII Capital partners, an investment management firm that managed more than $4 billion in office, retail, hotel and multi-family assets throughout the United States. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Tech University.
