Jon Croft

Jon Croft currently holds the position of COO/Managing Director at The Retirement Plan Company, LLC since September 2019. Previously, Jon was Vice President of Technology and Operations at MidAmerica Administration and Retirement Services. Prior to this role, Jon served as Senior Director of Technology at Willis Towers Watson. With a background in IT Advisory Services at KPMG LLP and experience as the State Project Director at the Florida Department of Children and Families, Jon has a strong foundation in technology and operations management. Jon earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in the same field from the same institution.
