Hollie Carpenter

Hollie Carpenter is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Head Chef at Wahaca in Brighton since October 2018. Prior to this role, Hollie was the Head Chef and Director of Eats and Beets Events Ltd at The Tempest Inn, a beach front pub in Brighton, from October 2015 to October 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head Hospitality Chef for Sodexo from September 2013 to September 2015, where Hollie focused on building business levels and enhancing food standards and service. Hollie began a career with Sodexo in 2003 as a Head Chef after working as a Sous Chef. Hollie holds a degree in cooking (706/1 and 706/2) from Croydon College, completed from 1991 to 1994, and attended Cator Park from 1984 to 1989.
