Mantina Ntuba

Mantina Ntuba is an experienced educator and project manager with a strong background in mathematics education and business transformation. Currently serving as a Mathematics Teacher at The River School since September 2018, Mantina previously taught at the University of Worcester after completing a PGCE. Mantina's professional journey includes roles such as Project Manager at West Mercia Police and Jaguar Land Rover, as well as Special Project Manager at Capita Health and Wellbeing, where significant cost savings were achieved through business transformation initiatives. With a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Brunel University London, Mantina's earlier career involved delivering research projects for the Ministry of Defence as both a Project Manager and Satcom Engineer at QinetiQ, along with a technology delivery role at G4S.
