Joseph Angelo Yanga

Joseph Angelo Yanga is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at The Roosevelt Hotel since January 2018. With a strong background in high-pressure kitchen environments, Joseph previously held Sous Chef positions at OTG Management and Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, and was a Lead Line Cook at Pala Casino Spa and Resort. Joseph's culinary education includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and training in the Basics of Culinary Arts from Most Institute. Additionally, Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA.
