Meghan Tompkins

Meghan Tompkins is an experienced events professional currently serving as Events Lead at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh since January 2023. Previously, Meghan held roles as Event Manager at Holyrood Communications, and as Deputy Director at the Cheyenne River Youth Project, where responsibilities included grant writing, budgeting, staff management, and community event planning. Additional experience includes positions as Programs and Events Specialist at The San Diego County Bar Association, Meeting and Event Planner at Ewald Consulting, and various roles in customer service and public relations. Meghan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies and Professional Writing from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
