Maricela Romero

Maricela Romero, SPHR, has over a decade of experience in human resources management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at The Royal Group since April 2013. Prior to this role, Maricela held positions as Director of Human Resources at Christy Webber Landscapes, where oversight included staffing and employee relations for a $32 million landscaping company, and at El Valor, providing strategic HR support to senior leadership. Maricela also spent 13 years as Director of Human Resources at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, advising on organizational planning and human capital development. Maricela holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Northeastern Illinois University.
